20+ years working in traditionally male dominant industries (14+ years in technology across Europe, Japan and Australia) – I have lived it, I get it!!
I have already been career coaching and mentoring for 20+ years, more recently, I have been studying the psychology of people – brain dominance, behavioral science, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, tools and resources to provide more effective support to women in technology and to align with the ever-evolving changes we are facing in the market and the tech sector.
